1. Return Eligibility
- You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in unused, original condition and with all packaging intact.
- Electronics that have been used, opened, or damaged may not be eligible for a return unless they are defective.
- Certain items, including customised or personalised products and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below for a return or exchange.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at colinjbooth@icloud.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item to ensure it reaches us safely. We cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees (including original delivery costs) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return, exchange, or full refund as appropriate.
- You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us process your return.
5. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please initiate the return process first. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the replacement or alternative product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any difference in price will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, some products, such as headphones, earphones, and personal care electronics, may not be eligible for returns unless they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
- If the item has been used, opened, or damaged, it may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If your return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Cancellation of Orders
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
